1:1 Coaching Process Overview

1. Initial Steps

Upon signing up, you’ll receive a couple of forms to complete before our first session.

These forms will help you clarify your challenges and goals.

2. Zero Session

We’ll begin with a complimentary “Zero Session” (in addition to your 12 coaching sessions).

During this session, we’ll review and refine your responses from the initial forms to ensure alignment and focus.

3. Pre-Session Preparation

Before each coaching session, you’ll receive a pre-coaching form to fill out.

This form will guide our session by highlighting your current thoughts and concerns.

4. Coaching Sessions

Each session will be tailored based on the insights you’ve provided in the pre-coaching form

This ensures we address your most pressing issues and work towards your goals.

5. Post-Session Reflection

After each session, you’ll be asked to complete a post-coaching form.

This will help consolidate your insights and track your progress.

6. Between Sessions

You’ll receive one worksheet between sessions to deepen your self-awareness. This exercise is designed to help you reflect on your thoughts and behaviors.

If you experience an emotional outburst or need to discuss something urgent, you can schedule a voice call between sessions for additional support.

The 1:1 coaching experience offers a comprehensive and individualised approach, providing participants with the focused guidance, emotional support, and strategic insights needed to navigate the complexities of post-divorce life successfully.
